Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect on estate.phoenixcodes.org, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the Meridian Quay Residences website only.

A demonstration site

Meridian Quay is a fictional development built as a design and engineering showcase. The register and appointment forms work end to end so that you can see how they behave, and they really save what you send. Please use made-up details. Entries are deleted when the demonstration ends and at least every 90 days.

What we collect

  • When you register your interest: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the budget band and number of bedrooms you chose, the residence you are interested in if you picked one, and how you heard about the project.
  • When you book an appointment: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the date and the time you chose.
  • When you use either form: a keyed hash of your IP address. It is a one way code made with a secret key, we cannot turn it back into your address, and it exists only to limit repeated submissions and to detect abuse.

We do not use analytics, advertising scripts or cookies. The site sets no cookies at all. The repayment calculator and the residence finder run in your browser and send nothing to us.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your registration, to confirm and manage your appointment, and to tell you about the project. We do not sell them and we do not share them with other companies for marketing.

Who handles it

The website runs on Cloudflare’s network. The details you submit are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the United States (AWS us-east-1). Both providers act on our instructions and may process the data in that region.

How long we keep it

Registration and appointment records are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Rate limit records are deleted after two hours.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to sales@estate.phoenixcodes.org with the e-mail address you used. We reply within 10 working days. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page and describe the change in plain words here.
