The structure is a little over half way to the roof. Eight milestones run from the site purchase in 2024 to completion in the third quarter of 2028. Photographs are illustrative of each stage.

Site secured
Harbourline settled on the river-front site at the end of Meridian Walk and appointed the design team.

Complete
Planning permit granted
The permit for a 26 level tower with a two level podium was issued after a ten month review.

Complete
Excavation complete
Two basement levels were excavated to 8.4 metres. The last truck left the site on 29 August.

Foundations and basement
The raft slab, the piles and both basement car parks were poured and cured. The core started to rise.

Podium complete
Levels 1 and 2 reached their full height. The pool, gym and lounge shells are now under cover.

Tower structure
Level 14 of 26 was poured in October. The crew is adding one level about every two weeks, with a pause over the summer break.

Topping out and façade
The structure reaches its full height, plant room included. Glazing then follows the frame down the building over about eight months.

Completion and settlement
Practical completion, pre-settlement inspections and handover of keys, in that order, over about six weeks.
