This is a fictional development

Meridian Quay, Harbourline Developments, the people named on the team page, the prices, the dates and the street address are invented for a design and engineering showcase. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no contract of sale can be made through it. Melbourne, Docklands and the Yarra River are real places named for context.

What the figures mean

• Prices and availability on a real project change without notice. Here they are generated from a fixed formula and a fixed random seed, so the same residence always shows the same price and status.
• Areas, plans and views are drawn from the same data as the 3D tower. A real contract would include the architect’s measured plans.
• The repayment calculator and the stamp duty estimate are examples of how such tools work. They are not financial advice, and the duty figure uses general Victorian rates only.

Images

Photographs are illustrative and are labelled indicative only. They show a mood or a stage of construction, not the finished building. Their licences are listed in the credits file in the project repository.

Using the forms

Use made-up details. Do not submit another person’s details, and do not send material that is unlawful or offensive. We limit each network address to five submissions an hour on each form, and we ignore submissions that look automated.
